Posted by admin on November 29, 2012 in Global Warming with 25 Comments

A recent report concludes that Global Warming ended 16 years ago. Has the world been fooled by a group of radical liberal environmentalists? Is it time for policy makers to ignore false hockey stick graphs? Find out.

It is not a hoax …
It is not a hoax or scam.

  2. funkydunky29November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #2

    Data is not …
Data is not controlled, its generated by research. Scientists dont get their data from agencies, they generate it themselves. I personally know several people involved in climate research, and they all laugh at the silly conspiracy theories. There is no conspiracy to control climate data. Have a nice day.

  3. Astro1645November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #3

    OK, last response …
OK, last response to you: The CRU, GISS and one other agency (can’t recall their name) are the gatekeepers of ALL the climate data, they release PROCESSED information to scientists for study, not the raw data. It is NOT an open system, it is very tightly controlled by a very small number of people.

Again, you need to do your OWN research and not just repeat what you are told by a complicit media, a government who has a vested interest and a handful of scientists looking for massive grants.

  4. funkydunky29November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #4

    What are you …
What are you talking about? Climate data is not controlled. Research is being conducted all over the world by organizations outside of the united states, so all of your paranoia about the government controlling everything make no sense. There are independent researchers at universities and institutions in the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, Scotland, Australia and hundreds of other countries that are also studying the situation, whose funding doesnt come from the US

  5. Astro1645November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #5

    Yes, there is more …
Yes, there is more CO2 in the air but it is still not very significant and not a driver of weather variation despite what you hear. The core of any good science is skepticism, not acceptance of “consensus.” Science is not conducted by polls but by research and OPEN data sources, and there’s the rub. The climate data has been closely controlled by about 3 agencies. To understand what is going on you need search for books and literature on BOTH sides of the argument on a 1 for 1 basis. Good luck.

    What research can I …
What research can I do? Im not a climatologist. We have to rely on the experts to tell us these things. Why are people so paranoid that the government is going to “control” them and take away their freedoms? How is the government controlling you regarding climate change? The UN doesnt control me. Also the report states that CO2 is 39.1 part per million, which is 40% higher than at the start of the industrial revolution.

  7. Astro1645November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #7

    You do realize …
You do realize that CO2 is 40 parts per 100,000 and of that only 5% of that CO2 is from sources that can traced back to man. In other words there isn’t enough CO2 to do much of anything. Water vapor is the warming gas on this planet, not CO2.

CO2 is in the news because it can be used to control industry and energy, not because it is warming the planet – it’s not, despite everything Al Gore says. Do your own research (not the U.N.) and you will quickly see what a scam this is.

  8. funkydunky29November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #8

    The World …
The World Meteorological Association released a report today which states that the levels of carbon dioxide and methane are at an all-time high. CO2 levels are 40% higher than at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, and methane levels are 250% higher. The UN is warning of global catastrophes if greenhouse gas emissions are not decreased.

The money in this game isnt on the side of the scientists – its on the side of big Oil. Al Gore isnt the leading shill in this debate – hes just a in the vast wind of climate scientists worldwide.

    The best estimates …
The best estimates is that co2 is retained within the atmosphere from anywhere between 50 and 200 yrs
The theory was lapped up by interest groups and they have not looked back once pop culture took the reigns.
We are still learning and there are extreme proposals currently on the docket that will only hurt the average American.
Not to mention the little gem put forth of actually pumping shoot in the atmosphere to slow progression, cannot imagine any adverse effects that could have

    Those “talking …
Those “talking points” I mentioned are well-established facts my friend. Al Gore isnt even in politics anymore, I dont follow him or pay any attention at all to him. Screw Al Gore. You should watch the move “Home” available on this channel, it will learn you a thing or two.

    So you are saying …
So you are saying that Hurricane Sandy is a normal event? How about the record-breaking heat-wave and drought this summer? How about the fact that the level of San Francisco Bay has risen 7 inches in the last 50 years? How do you explain why the polar ice cap melted this summer?

  16. Astro1645November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #16

Umm, I lived in New …
Umm, I lived in New York for over 25 years, I groups on the Shores of the Raritan Bay, there is nothing new about storms like this, it’s a natural and NORMAL part of the climate in that area. I figured it wouldn’t be too long before some one like yourself would try to point to this as proof of Global Warming. You folks are predictable if nothing else.

  17. funkydunky29November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #17

    You are an idiot. …
You are an idiot. Global warming is not a hoax, and no climatologist ever got rich from a research grant. Do you know any rich scientific researchers? Have fun with Hurricane Sandy.

  18. funkydunky29November 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #18

    Are you saying …
Are you saying climate change is a scam? What a joke. New York is preparing for a 12-foot tidal surge Super FrankenStorm expected to drop two feet of snow. The polar ice cap melted. How much will the climate have to change for the skeptics to agree that its getting hotter here?

    Is Al Gore a …
Is Al Gore a climate scientist?

    Here’s to the …
Here’s to the prolific poster Razio,

Over half of the climate-related scientist PhD’s have changed their mind about this dubious “petition” and would no longer support it.

Out of all those signatures, there is core of about 200 climate researchers. With over half of those no longer supporting it, all your posts concerning the Oregon Petition add up to a big fail.

Creationism? Please go away, and take your fairy tale book and imaginary super being with you.

    Right. All 30,000 …
Right. All 30,000 of them. You would know, eh leftist?

“Phasing out the human race will solve every problem, social & environmental.”-David Greer, biologist, National Park Service.
Of coarse, scientists like that guy have impeccable credentials & aren’t dubious fraudsters at all.
(3 ½ THOUSAND TIMES the amount of money has been spent to further the climate change agenda , than into challenging it.) Fraudsters!

& of coarse, christianity, grass roots constitutionalists, & fox news suck too!

  23. elitemathleteNovember 29, 2012 - 5:06 pm #23

    They are fake …
They are fake scientists with dubious credentials, just like Fox News is fake news, the teabagger hate group is a fake grass roots movement and christianity is a fake religion. Those ‘scientists’ should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the fraudsters they are.

    I can imagine a lot …
I can imagine a lot of environmental science/engineering majors getting out into the real world, discovering the hole in the ozone that was going to cook us back in the 90’s was a bunch of hyperbolic nonsense, and thinking to themselves “hmm, how can I get myself a handsome grant, put my very narrow expertise to use, and be lauded as a hero”… ding ding ding, global warming. Those infant industries could become juggernauts if only they weren’t so inefficient… no, wait, it’s big oils fault!

    *Over 501,000 oil …
*Over 501,000 oil wells have been told to cut back to 1/16th their usual output.
*Each replacement blade for windmills cost $50,000.00!!! Who flips the bill? –The taxpayer!
*19 of the companies that received loans or grants by the Obama administration have filed for bankruptcy or are in the process of doing so.
